Club Max was released in 1997 under the umbrella of essie with the same original smooth, non-embossed essie bottles, but with ridged caps, likely directed or inspired by Essie’s husband Max Sortino. This brand seemingly dissolved shortly after the millenium, leaving no trace at all online (until now). I have managed to find a few very rare bottles and magazine ads to prove that they did in fact, exist.
